We are pleased to announce the opening of our Phoenix office and the addition of five new partners to the firm.  Please join us in welcoming Leslie D. Dahan, Bonnie K. Gibson, Rodney A. Malpert, Belkis C. Muldoon and Sandra N. Sheridan who have joined Fragomen, effective February 25, and will be responsible for managing our practice in Phoenix.

Our five new partners join us from the law firm of Littler Mendelson P.C. and will bring a wealth of in-sight and experience to our clients.

  • Leslie D. Dahan – Leslie has a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University (1990) and Juris Doctor from New York Law School (1995). Leslie has practiced in the field of business immigration law for over a decade, serving as corporate immigration counsel to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including  manufacturing, high technology, management consulting, biotechnology, and research & development.
  • Bonnie K. Gibson – Bonnie received her A.B. from the University of Indiana (Bloomington) and her J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington) summa cum laude, 1978. Bonnie was the office managing shareholder for the Phoenix headquarters of Littler Mendelson Global. She brings 25 years of California labor and employment experience to a practice now concentrated on immigration and immigration compliance. She regularly advises about immigration compliance issues in mergers, acquisitions and contracting relationships and represents companies in Immigration and Customs Enforcement proceedings. In 2007, the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association named her to its Social Security Administration Liaison Committee.
  • Rodney A. Malpert – Rodney is a 1986 graduate of Cornell University Law School and has an M.A. in Government from Cornell. Rodney managed the U.S. immigration practice when he was at Littler.  Prior to joining Littler, he managed global immigration as Senior Counsel at Texas Instruments. Rodney has served on the Board of Directors of ACIP and been its liaison to the CIS Ombudsman.  His prior law experience includes practices at Baker Botts and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison.
  • Belkis C. Muldoon – Belkis earned a B.S./B.A. degree in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing, from the University of Arizona, and she received her J.D. from DePaul College of Law in Chicago. Belkis joined Littler in 2005, and was the Director of Global Resources. Previously, she served as the In-House Counsel and Director of Motorola's Global Immigration Services, managing Motorola's global immigration, work permits, and visa matters from 1998 to 2005.  From 1994 to 1998, she was an immigration attorney in private practice, specializing in family and employment-based immigration. 
  • Sandra N. Sheridan – Sandra was awarded her B.S. with a double major in Economics and Spanish, summa cum laude, from King’s College in 1991, and her J.D. degree from George Washington University (1994), and she earned a Diploma as a Specialist in Human Rights Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain in 1995. She has practiced immigration law since 1996, and has extensive experience in business immigration matters, including J-1 visa waivers.
