Under our Chief Financial Officer Andreas Rothe, our global finance function is at the leading edge of our business strategy. From implementing a new worldwide finance system, to re-engineering how the firm’s global billing operations work, Fragomen’s finance function plays a crucial role in not only ensuring financial compliance, but also in making the firm a more effective market leader.
 
Information Technology
Our Chief Information Officer Scott Angelo is spearheading multiple innovative technology changes designed to support Fragomen’s role as a true leader in this space. Heralded by the opening of our new Technology Hub in Pittsburgh, Fragomen’s IT division is at the forefront of IT security capabilities, developing new immigration technologies, and running some of the most cutting-edge projects in the industry.
 
Marketing and Business Development
Under the leadership of our Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, Alison Arjoon, Fragomen’s marketing and business development functions provide strategic and creative support for client-facing teams, including corporate development; digital marketing and social media; content development, proposals and presentations; and marketing event planning. 
 
Human Resources
Our Chief Human Resources Officer Leslie Rohrbacker, herself a qualified lawyer, joined Fragomen in 2013 and has since developed a global HR team that has transformed the level of support our professionals receive in all areas of training and development, talent management, talent acquisition and general HR.
 
Worldwide Standards and Knowledge
Under the guidance of our Partner Jonathan Adams, WSK is Fragomen’s process improvement arm. WSK consults on strategic process improvement initiatives, as well as collects, maintains and organizes our global knowledge. They are constantly seeking ways to enhance our operations to maintain our status as the best in the business.
 
Audit and Privacy
Led by Blake Chisam, Partner and Chief Audit and Privacy Officer, the Office of Audit and Privacy oversees the firm's audit and risk management activities, compliance programs and privacy program. This team includes immigration and government enforcement attorneys as well as auditors with experience in immigration matters.
