Job Description Summary

The Consular and Document Practice (CADP) provides assistance with consular and document matters either as stand-alone services or part of a larger immigration application process.  This team’s approach is designed to maximise efficiencies, ensure ownership of work and to empower team members to design work practices to meet the expectations of their clients.

Job Description

CADP Coordinators support Consular Consultants, Attorneys, and Paralegals in an administrative capacity and are exposed to a full range of global corporate immigration work.


  • Drafting support letters
  • Completing basic on-line application forms
  • Updating reference resources
  • Assisting with new client engagements
  • Setting up and updating case files on internal case management system
  • Scheduling visa appointments, including making payment of application fees
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative functions, as needed


  • Generates clear, well-organized written work-product internally and externally
  • Strong listening skills
  • Uses communication skills to influence and achieve objectives
  • Takes on additional projects as required
  • Plans workload and is able to meet deadlines and priorities for own work, taking into account delivery expectations and agreed client service standards
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the impact of individual contribution upon team and client needs
  • Supports strong client relationships by displaying professionalism and efficiency in appropriate communications as directed by a senior member of the team
  • Highly organised
  • Good eye for detail
  • Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines
