New I-9 Form:
On November 7, 2007, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced the release of a revised Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. The revised form contains changes to the list of documents acceptable for employment eligibility verification. Employers may start using the new form immediately. The new Form I-9 may be downloaded here.
