Justin Rymer

Justin joined Fragomen in 2007 as an Associate in Fragomen’s Professional Practices Group. The Professional Practices Group monitors and reports on federal, state, and international immigration law developments, provides guidance and input on complex legal issues, assists with direct case intervention via agencies or Congress, conducts legal trainings, and provides input into both legislative and regulatory initiatives.

Justin is also a member of the firm’s Global Knowledge Team, which provides internal and client guidance on novel and complex global immigration issues and maintains the firm’s extensive global immigration library. The Global Knowledge Team also manages the firm’s online Business Visa Matrix tool, which enables subscribers to instantly assess whether a business trip will require work authorization in over 60 destination countries.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Justin provided pro bono immigration law services for the Nationalities Service Center in Philadelphia as part of a clinical program and interned with the U.S. Navy JAG Corp in Japan. He also worked for immigration law firms in Pennsylvania and New York.
