Nicole Marie Richard

Nicole's practice includes representation of corporate clients, including employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions, immigrant petitions, adjustment of status applications, outstanding researcher and multinational manager petitions, and PERM applications. She originally joined the firm in 2006 as a paralegal, before completing her law school studies. Prior to this she worked for two years for an immigration law firm providing family-based immigration services and removal defense.

Assisted in managing the immigration program of an international telecommunications company, including coordination of nonimmigrant petitions, as well as initiation of the permanent residence process for new and existing employees

Represented clients’ interests in dealings with U.S. consulates and the U.S. Dept. of State to resolve visa issuance problems
