Alicia is an Associate in Fragomen's Toronto office. She works with corporate clients on inbound immigration requirements particularly with regards to Intra-Company Transfers and NAFTA Professionals. Alicia has also assisted individuals with a wide range of Canadian immigration matters including applications for study permits, applications for permanent residence, including Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, and family sponsorship, citizenship applications, and applications for temporary resident permits and criminal rehabilitation.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Alicia has worked for the federal public service and a public interest clinic. She was a research assistant at the House of Commons, Office of the Law Clerk and Parliamentary Counsel and at the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic in Ottawa.

Alicia speaks English and Korean.
