Christian represents a diverse range of corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, from a number of industries on business immigration-related matters, including temporary work visas, permanent residency, consular matters and naturalization. Christian helps clients manage their immigration programs, including establishing best practices and policy. He also advises clients on immigration compliance and the immigration implications of corporate restructuring.

Christian joined Fragomen as an Associate in the San Francisco office in 2002 and transferred to the Silicon Valley office in 2006.

While in law school, Christian served as a member of the Board of Editors for McGeorge Law Review (MLR) in the position of Chief Comment Editor. He also held writing positions on the Legislative Review Staff and Comment Staff for MLR. Christian participated in the Immigration Law Clinic for Community Legal Services at McGeorge, where he provided immigration advice to the indigent community in Sacramento. Christian also clerked for Fragomen throughout his second and third years of law school in the San Francisco and then Sacramento offices.
