Emily is an Associate in Fragomen’s Washington, D.C. office where she focuses her practice on corporate immigration law. Emily advises multinational corporations, U.S. employers and foreign nationals regarding all aspects of U.S. immigration law and compliance. She represents large corporate clients in a variety of industries, including consulting, technology services and automotive and aerospace manufacturing.

In addition to handling H-1B, L-1, O-1 and E-2 nonimmigrant visas, Emily assists clients in obtaining permanent residence in cases requiring PERM labor certification and cases for multinational managers and executives.

Emily’s pro bono efforts include handling an asylum case for an unaccompanied minor fleeing persecution from gang members in El Salvador.

Emily speaks English and French.
