Based in our London office, Farah is an Associate and solicitor with many years of experience in immigration law.
In her current role, she provides technical legal advice and support on all aspects of the Points Based System (PBS), with a focus on applications made under the Tier 2 and Tier 1 categories.
Her corporate client base spans various industries, including information technology, media, engineering, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and the financial sector.
She provides strategic support to her corporate clients to help manage their sponsor licences, and has assisted in conducting client audits.
She also assists private individuals with a broad spectrum of immigration matters including those involving European Economic Area (EEA) law, spousal applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain and UK naturalization/citizenship applications.
Prior to joining Fragomen in October 2011, she was a solicitor with the immigration team of a London-based multinational law firm.
Farah is a member of Fragomen’s Pro Bono Committee and provides pro bono assistance to clients on a daily basis, helping them with their various immigration needs—ranging from spousal and permanent residency applications to helping them ensure that their reporting and recordkeeping is robust, and illegal working checks are infallible.
Farah speaks English and French.
