Heather joined Fragomen’s Matawan office as an Associate in 2014, where she assists foreign nationals and their employers with obtaining appropriate immigration benefits in the United States—including nonimmigrant visas, lawful permanent residence, and citizenship.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an Attorney at a New York City-based firm, where she represented corporate clients on business immigration matters in the insurance, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, market research, legal, information technology, and financial services industries.

During law school, Heather was an intern at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), and in the Human Resources Law Department at a Fortune 100 biopharmaceutical company.

As a part of Brooklyn Law School’s Safe Harbor Project, Heather successfully represented an individual seeking asylum.

Heather speaks English, Korean, and Spanish.
