Joy joined Fragomen in 2012 as an Associate in the firm's Santa Clara office.

Her practice focuses primarily on employment-based immigration, and she represents a wide range of clients, including startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Joy has experience counseling small and large multinational corporations on immigration issues arising from corporate reorganizations, mergers, and layoffs, as well as the development of immigration policies and procedures.

She also assists clients with family-based immigration matters, consular processing, reentry permits and naturalization. Prior to joining Fragomen, Joy possessed more than eight years of experience working at a large global immigration firm focusing on employment-based U.S. immigration matters, as well as full-service boutique immigration firms.

Joy has provided pro bono immigration assistance at AILA naturalization workshops and has assisted with other pro bono matters.

Joy speaks English and Tagalog.
