Ramona has nearly 10 years of experience working at the firm’s Asia Pacific Coordination Center (APCC), where she manages immigration services for clients from a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, banking and finance, and technology. Ramona assists VIP assignees moving to the Philippines, Korea and Sri Lanka and has experience with corporate immigration into Japan.
Ramona manages a large team of immigration consultants. She oversees her team’s varied portfolio and handles clients’ special projects, escalations and service level agreements. She also reviews and helps to develop Fragomen client alerts for the Philippines, Korea and Sri Lanka.
Additionally, Ramona heads the Local Advisor management function for the APCC, where she oversees the due diligence and training programs to ensure that Fragomen’s in-country Local Advisors deliver best-in-class service to clients in the Asia Pacific region.
