Susan advises a diverse group of client companies in the areas of pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, education and technology in all aspects of immigration matters including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, citizenship, and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience representing clients before the Immigration Court in removal proceedings, as well as before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service at Adjustment of Status, Naturalization and Removal of Conditions on Permanent Residence interviews. Susan has also been involved in Petitions for Review in Federal Court, as well as numerous appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and Administrative Appeals Office.

Prior to joining Fragomen in 2006, Susan worked for three years as an attorney in a general practice immigration law firm in New Jersey, representing clients in a diverse array of immigration matters including family and employment based immigration, nonimmigrant visas, and naturalization.

During law school, Susan was active in Seton Hall Law School’s School of Social Justice’s Immigration Law Clinic and also performed Pro Bono work for the Essex County Public Defender. She also completed a Summer Internship with the United States Attorney’s Office in Newark, New Jersey.

Susan speaks English and Spanish.
