Initial Segment of Four-Week Online Interactive Series Scheduled for Wednesday, July 8
Although the COVID-19 pandemic made it necessary for Fragomen to cancel its live, on-site 2020 Summer Law Clerk program in the firm’s U.S. offices, the firm will offer a month-long weekly series of one-hour virtual, interactive sessions designed to provide insight into the firm, various facets of its immigration practice, as well as general business and professional advice that will benefit those who were initially selected to participate in the program.
“We were incredibly disappointed when we had to cancel the firm’s Summer Law Clerk Program because of the COVID pandemic. We know how important it is to learn and network with peers and lawyers in the profession, and we wanted to give those whom we had selected the opportunity to get a flavor of the summer experience,” said Leslie C. Rohrbacker, Chief Human Resources Officer. “We also wanted to keep the lines of communication open with this very talented pool of future immigration professionals. We think this truncated, but substantive program that leverages our current virtual environment accomplishes that.”
The program will run through the month of July with sessions every Wednesday and which will be led by Fragomen Partners and the Fragomen Talent Team.
