Job Description

Fragomen a leading international Business Immigration Law Firm, is immediately hiring Temporary Admin Assistants for the San Diego office for a period of at least two months.

The position will work under direct supervision of an Attorney or team lead and will be a highly administrative position, supporting various hands on admin needs like scanning, filing and copying. This is to support a very important and high-volume project, so you must be comfortable working in a high-pressured environment.

This position will require that you work onsite in the office, and work shifts- which include one week on, one week off.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o  File and maintain physical files and supporting documentation

o  Create, edit, print and distribute materials

o  General administrative duties as needed (i.e. faxing, copying, typing, etc.)

o  Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

o  Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment

o  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels in person, by phone and by email

o  Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple people and various tasks simultaneously

o  Skilled in a variety of technology tools, including Microsoft Office
