Bilingual Intake Coordinator

Currently we are seeking an individual who has strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and has extensive experience working with databases and client management systems. You must have shown the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in your daily work.

Responsibilities will include but not limited too;

  • Ensure case management system is kept up to date and initiations are processed correctly.
  • Contact clients for documents requested for a case (by phone or email)
  • Review client documentation and ensure that all documents needed are received for submitting a file for assessment.
  • Ensure billing steps are set up correctly in the client management system

A University degree is required and strong communication skills in both French and English will be considered an asset.
