As a Business Immigration Analyst within a high performing immigration team in the region, you will be provided an excellent platform to learn the technical aspects of immigration law and regulations within specific jurisdictions within the Asia Pacific region. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Immigration Advisory – You will be responsible for advising clients on the relevant immigration regulations, procedures and policy, including managing the visa application process for a portfolio of clients. Participation in conflict resolution and management of client expectations. Identify key issues that may impact immigration formalities and address these issues with the client. Advise on issues relating to current immigration policy and regulations and criteria for applications across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Case Management – Take on a proactive approach in understand the various application criteria and processes within your portfolio, partner with co-counsels and the relevant third party vendors to ensure seamless and accurate execution of immigration processes. Review instructions and information for each case. Update firm’s case management system and maintenance of client files in accordance with agreed practice protocols. Assist in compiling metrics/reports as required under contractual agreement with respective clients. Maintain excellent flow of communications with clients.
  • Subject Matter Expert – You will foster and maintain strong relationships with the relevant third party vendors to monitor any changes in legislation or processes that may impact current or future applications and be able to advise clients with the relevant knowledge and information.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Ideally with 1-2 years’ work experiences, ideally with exposure within immigration or international mobility
  • Reliable and conscientious with a good eye for detail, possesses a client service mentality and demonstrates strong analytical and judgment skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
