Global Client Services Advisor

Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to questions and inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve problems and issues, participate in client calls, conduct client trainings, and develop processes and procedures to improve services.
  • Perform/monitor intake of cases and case statuses of assigned cases.
  • Work with Case teams to determine need for ancillary services such as document procurement, visa assistance, etc., and ensure authorization for these services is obtained.
  • Communicate with caseworkers and case managers on case status and case issues based on requests from clients.
  • Monitor and manage status reports and successfully resolve sensitive and problematic cases.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedure and case processing issues.
  • Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor and clients as directed by supervisor.
  • Train case teams on client protocols.
  • Understand existing fee agreements /billing practices, ensure that billing process are efficient and followed.
  • Update case management system with client required information.

Qualifications:

  • Increased detailed knowledge of procedural and processing requirements for various types of global immigration processes.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail.
  • Multitasks in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • Competent in report generating software and generates accurate reports.
  • Communicates clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing and, adhere to client confidentiality and privacy.
  • BS or BA Degree
  • 5+ years of experience with another law firm, department, or corporate legal function; some global immigration or US immigration experience desired. 
  • Experience with a relocation processes is helpful.
