Identity Access Management Analyst

Job Description Summary

Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is looking for an Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst for our brand new Technology and Innovation Center in Pittsburgh, PA, to create, modify and delete user accounts for the firm. The applicant must be process oriented and have the ability to understand complex workflows while looking for areas of improvement. The person in this role must have excellent customer service skills but also a strong background in technical support.

Job Description

Responsibilities for the IAM Analyst position include (but are not limited to):

  • Knowledge in process development and execution as it pertains to Identity and Access Management
  • Provision new firm accounts through Active Directory as part of the firm on-boarding process
  • Process firm termination of accounts through Active Directory as part of the off-boarding process
  • Administer group membership for user accounts through Active Directory
  • Administer distribution group membership through Active Directory
  • Receive and process access requests for a variety of applications and systems while adhering to firm policies
  • Acts as a liaison to other IT groups to grant, change and remove access as required
  • Assist customers in identifying and\or troubleshooting IT system access problems
  • Act as an extension of our support teams as necessary to provide a high level of customer service
  • Provide updates and record work in the IT Service Management system


  • Candidate would possess IT experience with Identity and Access Management
  • Strong knowledge of Directory Services and how they interface with IT systems
  • Ability to work within a team but also independently
  • Experience with Lotus Notes administration
  • Ability to assist with support related duties as necessary to increase the customer experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to document technical troubleshooting efforts
  • Experience operating in a physical and virtual machine environment (Citrix)


  • Bachelors Degree in IT related field or equivalent years in work experience
  • Certifications a plus (MCP, MCTS, ITILv3)
