Update β November 27, 2024: The reciprocal visa waiver agreement has been implemented in Honduras and Bolivia under the below terms.
March 27, 2024: Bolivia and Honduras have signed a reciprocal visa waiver agreement, where nationals of each country will be able to travel to the other country for tourism and transit without a visa for up to 90 days (with no extensions available). Note that in Bolivia, a Specific Purpose Visa is technically required to conduct any business or work activities, so Honduran nationals seeking to conduct business activities should apply for a Specific Purpose Visa on arrival or at a Bolivian consular post if their travel is not urgent (and generally cannot conduct business activities under this visa waiver program). In Honduras under this visa waiver, Bolivian nationals cannot be paid by a Honduran entity but may be able to conduct unpaid business activities. The implementation date of this agreement is not clear β we will report on related developments.
