Denmark: New Online System for Foreign Service Providers’ Requirements Forthcoming

Effective January 1, 2026, foreign employers must upload the following additional documentation (additional to existing requirements) when registering foreign nationals (who are not also EU-nationals) on the Register for Foreign Service Providers:
- A copy of the service contract;
- Copies of employment contracts of the individuals providing the service; and
- The residence, and work permits for the posting of third-country nationals (if a third-country national is posted by a company established within the European Union, a copy of the valid residence and work permit in the country of establishment must be uploaded instead).
Currently, these documents are not required when registering foreign nationals on the Register for Foreign Service Providers.
