Denmark: Proposed Bill to Introduce Improvements to Compensate for Labor Shortages

A bill that has been proposed but has not yet passed would introduce, among other changes, an expansion of the Fast Track scheme, a new right of stay for three years for foreign nationals who complete a certain level of education in Denmark to search for a job, an expanded list of positive list occupations, and an expansion of the Startup Denmark scheme. We will track the progress of the bill.
