Please join Fragomen Partner Chad Ellsworth and Senior Associate Nikki Dryden at the AILA Bangkok District APAC Chapter 5th Annual Consular Processing Conference. This conference will focus on the importance of effective advocacy in challenging high volume posts in Southeast Asia. 

Chad will be participating on the EB-5 Panel which will cover the following points:

  • DHS proposed EB-5 regulatory changes
  • Latest policy issues
  • EB-5 December 2016 legislation (or whatever is most current at conference time)
  • Issues with SOF and exchange and transfer issues: India focus

Nikki will be participating on the Ethics Panel, Be Alert - Important Ethical Issues When Practicing Outside the U.S. which will highlight some of the key issues that U.S. practitioners should be concerned about when handling non-U.S. cases and U.S. cases while based abroad.
