In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, at 12:01 AM EDT, June 24th, a presidential proclamation will come into effect to suspend entry into the United States until December 31, 2020, for new H-1B, H2-B, L-1 and J-1 nonimmigrants and their dependents.
