August 23, 2023

Fragomen's modern and innovative global onboarding program, "Fragomen Academy," received the Learning and Development Award for Best Use of a Blended Learning Program as part of the 2023 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards™. The Excellence Awards recognize best practices in human resources and will be formally presented at Brandon Hall Group's HCM Excellence Conference, February 13-15, 2024 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
"Fragomen Academy" utilizes an intensive and blended approach to learning, including engaging and interactive eLearning modules, live instructor-led training, group discussion, a virtual ‘game,’ and in-depth learner assessments. The Academy includes technical immigration topics, multiple sessions focused on client service, firm strategy and culture, belonging and inclusion, and more, with subject matter experts, facilitators, and guest speakers throughout.
"Excellence Award winners are shown to be organizations that truly value their employees and invest in them through their human capital management programs. These HCM programs have been validated as best in class for business value and the impact on the employees themselves," said Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer Rachel Cooke, HCM Excellence Awards program leader.
Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives based on the following criteria:
- Alignment to their business need and environment
- Program design, functionality, and delivery
