Fragomen Business Breakfast: Immigration Strategies for ZEP Holders

The looming sunset of the Zimbabwe Exemption Permits (ZEP) on June 30th 2023 has caused discomfort for ZEP holders in the corporate space, with employers and employees seeking alternative immigration solutions.
Fragomen South Africa Inbound Team are hosting an informative breakfast briefing that will look into immigration strategies that employers and employees can consider. This session will provide more information on:
- Available options for employers and their employees who have ZEPs to continue their stay within South Africa
- Next steps to ensure compliance with South Africa’s immigration laws
- Whether there will be another extension for ZEP holders
The breakfast briefing will take place at Fragomen’s Johannesburg office, with registration and refreshments from 8:30am and the briefing taking place between 9:00am – 11:00am.
