The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) recently announced that it will increase the government fees for work and related pass applications starting April 1, 2019.

Background
The Singaporean government periodically reviews and adjusts government fees, with the most recent adjustments taking place in April 2013.
Filing fee changes worldwide
Application fees for work permits are regularly reviewed and adjusted by immigration and labor authorities worldwide. Last October, New Zealand increased its visa application fees and levies. Australia also increased government filing fees for visa-related applications last February.
