India: Tourist Visa Issuance for Chinese Nationals Resumes

The Indian government has resumed the issuance of regular Tourist visas for Chinese nationals, which had been suspended since 2020. Chinese nationals will be able to start submitting Indian visa applications in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou with a prior appointment to submit biometrics, starting July 24, 2025. Tourist visas do not allow business travel in India.
