Location

Fragomen is co-hosting the International Talent Mobility DT4E information session along with IOM Ireland and Talent Beyond Boundaries on Wednesday, 21 June in Dublin.
Across Europe, employers are struggling to find the skills they need in the local labour market. As labour market shortages continue to pose a challenge to businesses across various industries, many are turning to alternative solutions to find skilled workers. A growing number of countries are opening economic migration pathways as one of the many solutions to address labour market shortages. One concrete solution is Displaced Talent Mobility.
Displaced Talent for Europe (DT4E) is an innovative legal labour pathway that connects people in need of international protection in Jordan and Lebanon with employers in Europe and sustainably integrate into the labour market in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Portugal, and Belgium. In doing so, DT4E provides employers with access to an untapped international talent pool of more than 65,000 profiles.
This session will allow you to learn more about this initiative and the potential for your company, providing employers the ability to explore the benefits of hiring displaced persons.
