Kazakhstan: New Stay Limit for Visa-Exempt Nationals

Effective January 27, 2023, vise-exempt nationals (those with Russian, Belarusian, Armenian or Kyrgyzstan nationality) will no longer be able to stay in Kazakhstan over 90 days cumulatively in a 180-day period, counted from the day of entry. Those seeking to stay longer must obtain a temporary residence permit.
