Labor Law Magazine: It’s All About the “General Approval”

The purpose of Germany’s General Approval “Globalzustimmung” is to enable international companies and their workers in Russia to relocate to Germany in a facilitated manner, writes Associate Ruben Fiedler in Labor Law Magazine.

Ruben explains that the Federal Employment Agency’s General Approval outlines residency, employment, resident permit and salary requirements in order to qualify for the expedited Visa process. In practice, when all requirements are met, this results in an efficient process for both the Federal Employment Agency and internationally operating companies due to simplified documentation requirements and a swifter procedure.
