Fragomen’s top distinction in diversity among equity partnerships is particularly noteworthy, topping the benchmark by a significant margin; nearly 17 percentage points ahead of the second-ranked firm. Fragomen reported 37.8% equity partners of color, an increase of 2.2% points from 2023.
