Lithuania: Residence Permit Pickup Locations Expanded

The Migration Department is now allowing foreign nationals to pick up their residence permits at a different location of the Migration Department than where the application was submitted, or they can choose to have their residence permit mailed to them for a fee. Previously, pickup was limited to the location where the application was submitted.
