Luxembourg has increased the minimum salary requirement for its Blue Card Program. Blue Card holders must earn an annual gross salary of at least €71,946, a slight increase from the prior €69,858. Initial or renewal Blue Card applications that do not comply with this salary amount will be rejected.
The Ministry of Employment generally adjusts the minimum salary for Blue Card holders annually. Compliance with salary requirements is enforced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which reviews work permit applications.
