Neue Zeitschrift für Verwaltungsrecht – NVwZ Issue: Further development of skilled worker immigration - A challenge for practice

The German Bundestag recently approved a law aimed at advancing skilled worker immigration in late June 2023, which was subsequently published in the Federal Law Gazette last month. As a result, the initial practical changes – which hold significant relevance – are set to be enforced as early as mid-November.
