Fragomen Partner, Emily Allen, will be the speaker for the Beverly Hills Bar Association's webinar titled "Nuts & Bolts of Business Immigration: H-1B and the Shifting Political Landscape." Scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm Pacific via Zoom, the program will provide a practical overview of business immigration, focusing on H-1B visas and the latest policy updates affecting employers and foreign talent. Key topics include challenges in nonimmigrant visa applications, strategies to overcome common obstacles, and the implications of recent policy changes under the new presidential administration. BHBA members can attend for free, while non-members may have a fee.
Participants can earn 1.0 hour of General CLE or Immigration and Nationality Law LSCLE credit. The event is organized by the Immigration & Naturalization Law section, chaired by Ali Brodie. More details are available at www.bhba.org.
