Starting February 9, 2024, Zimbabwe Exemption Permit (ZEP) and Lesotho Exemption Permit (LEP) holders can apply for LEPs and ZEPs specifically on new portal links on the Visa Facilitation Services (VFS) portal, whereas the previous online link used for permit applications on VFS is no longer accessible. Applicants will be able to complete their application form, pay the government service fee and schedule an appointment at a VFS Global office on the online portal. The portal is part of the extension of exemption permits automatically granted for nationals of Lesotho and Zimbabwe until December 31, 2025.
