Sri Lanka: New Visa for Condominium Owners

The Board of Investment in collaboration with the Department of Immigration and Emigration and the Ministry of Defence have launched a long-term residence visa scheme for condominium owners in Sri Lanka. Eligible owners can be granted a five- to 10-year visa, depending on the condominium price, with differing benefits for each level of visa holder. The new visa aims to promote the sale of condominiums to foreign nationals in Sri Lanka.
