A recent update to the guidelines for UAE golden and investor visa holders now allows for some exemptions to the rule that residents must return to the country within the stipulated period for their visas to remain valid.
With these changes, certain categories of UAE residence visa holders can now re-enter the country even after living elsewhere for more than six months. These developments aim to make the UAE an even more attractive settlement destination for skilled professionals and families of high-achieving students.
