Louise is a Director and solicitor in the London office. Her primary focus is on UK inbound immigration and she has over 12 years of immigration experience. She manages a large team that provides advice to major financial and professional services, IT and oil and gas clients on their employees relocation to the UK, including their immigration strategy and corresponding compliance issues.

Louise regularly advises clients on all aspects of the Points Based System and nationality rules, as well as right to work, compliance and best practice processes to ensure their obligations are met. Louise has experience of advising on immigration issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions and changes to group structures. She is also heavily involved in assisting clients with the implications of Brexit on their EU workers and devises change management plans to ensure clients remain compliant and employers of choice for a migrant workforce.
