Naomi is a Practice Leader and solicitor based in Fragomen’s London office and has worked in the field of UK immigration law for more than 16 years. She has experience advising clients on a full range of applications covered by the UK Immigration Rules. Naomi has represented a variety of global clients across multiple sectors including education, finance, technology and engineering.
Naomi leads Fragomen’s dedicated PBS Compliance & Audit and Education teams, and oversees the firms International Internship Programme supporting international candidates undertake internships in the UK. Naomi advises start-ups, global clients and establishments in the education sector on the requirements to secure and maintain a UK Sponsor Licence. She has experience providing strategic advice to companies, higher education institutions and independent schools on immigration compliance and transactional programmes, as well as the immigration implications of corporate restructuring including mergers, acquisitions and takeovers.
Naomi also supports a number of pro bono initiatives within the firm, with particular focus on supporting individuals achieve their academic dreams or at the start of their careers.
