Molly is a Partner at Fragomen’s Boston office. She currently serves as a member of the Recruiting and Pro Bono & Corporate Philanthropy arms of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
Molly represents top global technology companies, as well as a range of small and medium clients across industries. She provides guidance and support to corporate clients on a programmatic level. She works alongside clients’ legal departments, government relations groups, mobility groups, HR, talent acquisition and business stakeholders to assess the impact of policy changes to their workforce and modify their immigration program accordingly. Molly’s practice concerns all aspects of employment-based immigration, and she aids clients in making strategic decisions by managing risk and ensuring compliance. She also has extensive experience in advising clients regarding corporate reorganizations, such as mergers and acquisitions, as well as I-9 compliance.
Molly regularly works with several Boston area pro bono organizations, including Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and Project Citizenship. She has also provided pro bono legal services at the immigrant family detention centers in Artesia, New Mexico and Dilley, Texas.
