Katie joined the firm in 2012 and became an Associate in 2014. She has experience with employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories. Katie is also part of the firm’s EB-5 practice, advising high net worth individuals in their immigration-related investments under the EB-5 Investor Visa category.

While in law school, Katie worked with Southwestern Law School’s Immigration Law Clinic, where she prepared U-Visa and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) applications. 

Katie speaks English and Cantonese.
