Manish is an Associate in Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office where he provides business immigration services to high-tech clients. Manish is experienced in the entire cycle of business immigration, from helping foreign students gain employment to helping applicants prepare for green card interviews. He also has experience advising clients on EB-5 investor visas.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Manish was a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State, serving as Vice Consul in Mexico and Cultural Attache in Greece. As an American diplomat, he adjudicated 28,000 visas, including more than 1,000 work and student visas. He also trained other officers on nonimmigrant visas, global migration and global mobility.

His pro bono work includes assisting Spanish-speaking minors in gaining clear legal status in asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status proceedings.

Manish speaks English and Spanish.
