Javier is the Country Manager for Argentina at Immigration Specialists S.R.L. (Fragomen's affiliate in Argentina). He focuses his practice on counseling corporations seeking to transfer executives and other employees with special knowledge into Argentina. Javier uses his extensive knowledge of Argentine immigration and labor law to design comprehensive and legally compliant immigration strategies for clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Javier served as an immigration Attorney for the Americas at a multinational IT company. In this position, he coordinated more than 400 relocation processes in partnership with Fragomen and other leading law firms throughout the Americas, Caribbean and Canada. Javier also led the immigration practice at one of the largest law firms in Argentina for six years.

Javier’s pro bono work has included successfully defending Habitat for Humanity during unannounced immigration inspections within Argentina's premises that entailed the payment of significant fines unfairly set to foreign volunteers.

Javier speaks English and Spanish.
