Jamie is a Client Services Manager for the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Fragomen’s Singapore office, she oversees the client relationship management and delivery of immigration services to multinational and local companies in the APAC region. Jamie makes every effort to understand each client’s needs and partners with stakeholders to provide agile guidance and business-friendly solutions.

Prior to assuming her current role, Jamie managed the Singapore office’s consular services and document procurement team. In this capacity, she worked closely with other Fragomen consular teams and Local Advisors in the APAC region to provide comprehensive services related to consular applications, requirements and procedures in various destination countries.

Jamie has experience assisting individuals and businesses in the APAC region with their immigration needs, including coordinating moves into Malaysia and Thailand while working at the firm’s Asia Pacific Coordination Center. She has assisted local companies and multinational corporations in the manufacturing and professional services sectors.

Jamie speaks English and Mandarin.

Helped to expand Fragomen’s consular and document procurement service offerings in Singapore to cater to the growing needs of clients in the APAC region.

Developed impact statements for clients’ foreign workforce regarding changes to immigration requirements in multiple jurisdictions.

Successfully appealed and obtained approvals for several complex business and entry visa cases on behalf of business travelers and private clients.
