Adriana is an Associate at Fragomen’s Atlanta office, where she partners with technology, entertainment and healthcare companies to facilitate the hiring and movement of skilled talent, including creatives and technical experts. She focuses her practice on writing compelling O-1 petitions, appeals and responses to Requests for Evidence in addition to EB-1 multinational manager, extraordinary ability and outstanding researcher immigrant petitions.

Adriana first joined Fragomen in 2017 as a Legal Writer while attending law school. During law school, she also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and served as a member of Georgia State University’s Law Review. In addition, she interned for Atlanta Legal Aid, where she assisted domestic violence survivors seeking protective orders, and Southern Poverty Law Center, where she wrote bond motions for detained immigrants.

Adriana’s pro bono efforts have included preparing asylum applications and appeals, bond and parole requests and applications for employment authorization for domestic violence survivors. She also volunteers at community naturalization clinics.
