Alyce is a Director at Fragomen’s Perth office, where she represents large corporate clients in various industries, including the oil and gas, resources, agriculture, information technology, health and aged care sectors. She also provides tailored advice to individual, non-corporate clients on a range of visas.
Since joining Fragomen in 2014, Alyce has partnered closely with clients during immigration reforms and border closures as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, creating immigration strategies and providing high quality technical advice to ensure business continuity. She has experience with immigration matters that cover a broad range of areas, including character issues, family visas and regional visas with a particular focus on Western Australia. Alyce also has experience handling compliance issues, including Departmental audits; assisting clients with health waivers where they do not meet the relevant health criteria for a visa; and securing business visas, particularly for companies in the oil and gas and resources sectors working offshore and regionally.
