Andrea is a Manager at Godoy Córdoba C.A. (Fragomen’s affiliate in Venezuela), where she assists clients with a wide range of Venezuelan immigration matters. Andrea also assists clients with coordinating their processes for hiring foreign workers and obtaining required work visas.

Her experience includes participating in labor audits and lawsuits, drafting pleadings to be presented at trial and labor administrative procedures, and attending preliminary and judicial hearings, as well as court trials and appeals.

She has developed a range of documents for the court and public administration, including demand annulments against acts by public administration and requests for reconsideration. She also has experience handling judicial and administrative procedures such as authorizations to dismiss and employee claims for money or other benefits, and preparing accounting cost benefits derived from employment relationships, among others.

She has served as an Assistant Lecturer of Private International Law at Andrés Bello Catholic University.
